If you need to cancel an order you’ve placed with us, please contact our Customer Service team and provide the following details:

- Name on Order:
- Email Address Associated with Order:
- Payment Method Used:
Our customer service team will work with our warehouse team to process your request.
If your order has advanced too far in the fulfillment process, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, our customer service team will file a return request with Australia Post.
If the return request with Australia Post is unsuccessful, and you receive the package, our customer service team will assist you in obtaining a Return Authority and will arrange for a refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.
