If you've recently placed an order and noticed the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, contact our Customer Service team promptly with the following details:
- Order Number
- Name on Order
- Updated Address
Please note, that if your order progressed too far at our warehouse, we might not be able to modify the delivery address. Any undeliverable orders will be returned to our warehouse, and we can then resend them to the updated address.
Alternatively, once your order has been shipped, if you have a My Post account with Australia Post, you might be able to request a redirection directly through them.
